Ms. Houston holds a Master’s Degree in Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Child Advocacy.
She is a current state certified educator with 9 years of experience in education and social work. She is an active member of her community and dedicated in her efforts to improve children’s educational welfare. Ms. Houston markets innovative teaching strategies, activities, and resources to create a positive social impact to better equip scholars, educators, and parents. Her goal is to improve children’s lives in and beyond the classroom.
Concerned Parent
As a parent of a child with Autism, Ms. Houston understands the challenges and misconceptions children on the spectrum, ADHD, and gifted face during their learning journey. Therefore, she is dedicated to advocating for children with disabilities and teaching parents how to advocate for their children.
Founder
Ms. Houston is the founder of Differentiated Education and Learning Academy — DELA is an enrichment learning academy that facilitate scholars in grades Kindergarten – 5th grade. Our staff consists of professionals with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in education with experience in all 4 major content areas: math, ELA, science and social studies. We tailor our instruction to fit the optimal learning style of each individual. Our program inculcates the love of learning, problem solving, critical thinking, and confidence within our scholars.

Ms. Houston offers explicit small-group instruction for math and ELA. Tutoring sessions are held in the form of small group (one on one tutoring available upon request). Ms. Houston also offers coaching for teachers looking for fresh ideas in classroom, content creation/presentation , and classroom management strategies. Are the services pre-recorded or live?
Our services are offered live in real time and customized for your personal needs. Groups of scholars/parents or teachers are welcome and encouraged.
Where are you located?
We are in the state of Georgia and we operate on Eastern time.
What are your hours of operation?
We live in the Eastern time zone and our standard operating hours are 9 AM – 6 PM.
What are your service fees?
Free tours available. Our prices range from $30 to $90 per 30 minute session. Grant funding available to supplement parental income.
